Help Your Self or Be Helped
Pride will often Help Itself
It also will refuse to be holpen
That's too bad
Often God wants to develop His Intimacy
By Being your Help
EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN/COULD HELP YOURSELF
Self-help is the latest self-sufficient idea
It isn't biblical but often is taught to men
Don't ask when you can do it yourself
Why Bother someone when obviously common sense says
YOU GOT A BRAIN USE IT
None of those are what the Lord says.
When anything has "self" in it remember this spiritual fact
DENY YOURSELF
Self always has the wrong focus
but Self-less has to be filled with something
or Someone
AND YOU KNOW WHO
If you are "filled" with someone else
you have no time to be selfish or self-centered
Deny Yourself is not the end but the means
the end of that statement is:
FOLLOW ME
