Your Witness to the Net

A fundamental duty of every Christian is to share his or her faith with the lost. I firmly believe the Internet is one of the best ways to fulfill this obligation. If the 80 million professing Christians in the U.S. added one page of content to the net, nonbelievers would be repeatedly exposed to their witness.

I would be happy if one-tenth of that amount did something productive. The vast majority of Christians never do anything. We are told to pray for others, but we don't even bother to pray for our own needs. I would estimate that less than two hundred individuals are responsible for producing 90 percent of the prophetic content on the net.
There is little interest in God’s business because most Christians don’t see the reward. Most of them are more worried about making money here on earth than they are about adding to their heavenly bank account.

The wonderful thing about doing something is that once you invest the time to do it, you put yourself ahead of a long line of people who do nothing. With a little effort, you can become the 201st person to share the claim to the 90-percent portion of the end-time pie.

You could spend all the time you need writing on single article and then send it to us for posting. Once you have a witness on the web, you can have the satisfaction of knowing that every month, hundreds of people are reading your material and being guided to the truth.

As a Writer, I strongly urge you to “put on the Web”, put in print your “witness”. You are someone special, unique, and gifted by God with an experience that just might change someone’s life. It’s called your testimony and in some “small community” church’s. To be a member, you have to share with others “How you got saved”.

Nothing fancy, just “telling someone” else, Yes you are a Christian, Yes you are Born Again, Yes you have a personal relationship with Jesus.

We used to call that a Public Profession of Faith.

Now days, they say if you make an altar call, you are doing the same thing.

Twitter, Buzz, Email, List-servers, Facebook, My Space, FriendFeed, Yahoo, AOL, Live Space, Google Sites, Google Blogger. These are all place on the World Wide Web, as well as thousands of others, that you can tell someone else just about anything you want.
It’s all free.

Jesus really does reward you now as you tell someone about Him. And yes you will be rewarded later. But you know what else that is more important. Someone, somewhere, at some point in time will thank you for telling them about Jesus that led to them getting saved and you have no idea who that person is.

So many years had passed.

Sometimes is seemed like yesterday.

So many things had changed. Too many things forgotten. Like marshmallows. Lately Thomas had thought of himself as almost peaceful until the nightmares had re-surfaced.

Before they came back he had almost forgotten them. Lately he had been reliving them.  He didn’t know why. It was, or so it seemed, more graphic, more real than before. These were horrifying, hard to distinguish as nightmares, or dreams.

They seemed so real.

They haunted him now.

Almost everyone who had been thru the World Wide Shoah, the “Greatest Tribulation in the History of Man-Kind” had nightmares about the Tribulation Period at first.

Who wouldn't?

After all we had seen the worst Mankind had to offer. The total depravity of man came out as the World turned towards Satan. There was no doubt who everyone was serving back then. You had to admit it, or die.  Without any thought everyone did as if to do it as a token gesture. Surely God wouldn’t care, after all “Once Saved Always Saved” took care of that. We all knew that one, it had been on television enough.  

There were even Pastors and Priests who had been “Left Behind.”

What consequence?

Then God stepped in.

He judged. That was the worst of all. To be confronted by sheer holiness. God didn’t have to say a word. He didn’t have to do anything. It was like oil and water. Light and darkness. Fire and Kindling. God revealed was man consumed.

He could not bear to be in the presence of God and live.

He didn’t.

It was still unimaginable to him. Sheer terror. On the one hand though, most of us suffered from the best the anti-messiah and false world order could throw at us and still lived. At least we Survivors kept telling ourselves that.

If we really were honest,

we didn’t survive,

God just wouldn’t let us die.

On the other hand, was living worth it? Thomas was still sorting that one out. Besides, look at the price he paid.

Why shouldn't we have scars and nightmares?

We all lost loved ones.

We all hated God.

We all lost hope.

Then Jesus showed up...,

Thomas remembered when he didn't have the nightmares, the dreams.  There were years where he had no memories at all of any of it. It had been so peaceful, healing…nice.

Those years had started shortly after meeting Eben.

Though the memory was faded, sitting staring in the fire, he recalled the first time he saw Eben.  The man that was to become an integral part of his life. It was night, or was it day?, he couldn't remember. It was just after the first angel Tom had ever seen in his life had deposited him in the area near Jerusalem.

He seemed to remember lots of crowds of people all looking like street urchins or homeless. Refugees or holocaust survivors would have been a better word.  The stink, the incredible stink, how could seven thousand dirty unwashed diseased dying people stink that bad…,

How did he know there were seven thousand?

Of a world breaking the seven billion barrier, seven thousand were left.

Seven Billion? He couldn’t think about that many people. How could anyone? After awhile they were just numbers and not flesh and blood. Tom remembered a guy he met in the early years had said the death count for the Tribulation was, 6 billion, 666 million, 666 thousand, 666.

As if to rub our nose in it, Tom had thought at the time.

Later he realized that was PTTSD’s talking and not necessarily accurate. Others equated it to ten gentiles for one Jew, but Tom knew that was as much a Jewish Bias statement as a Gentile One. He ignored that later also. It was rumored

ALL ISRAEL GOT SAVED.

This helped Tom stay hidden and at the same time “pissed him off” even though he had rejected his heritage.

Tom was surprised there were so many “saved”.

You couldn't count the 144, 000, they were chosen, being spared the onslaught. No these were seven thousands of those who got.., left behind.

Left behind, a series of catastrophes had wiped the population out to seven thousand. Left behind, a series of judgments whittled mankind to a percentage not worth calculating, why number so few?

Gideon would have wondered if this had been an army.

Still,

7 Billion to 7 Thousand.

TRUE: An example of " HOW TO" not be False (Jack Kelley Article)





Recently in an article from Bible Prophecy Today, several “false assumptions” were used to “Prove” a fallacy the Bible Teacher thinks, (you can read our previous post on it.)

saying ALL they Write and Do and Say is in the Bible and is true.


Opinions, Ideas, Informed Assumptions, Predicated Premise even an outright lie is acceptable if you would just admit it is a lie instead of calling it, or implying it is something it is not.

Birth Pangs And Judgments



Q. In your article “2012…End of the World?” you stated, “Earth’s land mass has been pushed apart to form the current continents and islands, the Earth’s orbit has been extended by 5 ¼ days, and its axis tilted by 23.44 degrees. All this and more will have to be fixed in order for Earth to once again be the paradise it was created to be.”  A journalist on a secular news video stated today that the earthquake in Chile, “moved so much mass on the planet that government scientists estimate it moved the earth off it’s axis by about three inches; shortened the day by a few millionths of a second; and raised the ground level of one island by six feet.”


I understand that earthquakes like these are part of the “birth pangs”, but do you also see this as God restoring the planet to its original form?  Or do you see this happening more during Daniel’s 70th week and the Great Tribulation judgments?


A. I can’t prove this from the Bible, but it’s my belief that the End Times judgments, beginning in a small way with the so-called birth pangs, will serve a dual purpose.   In addition to being the means of punishment for the unbelieving world they will also be preparing Earth for its restoration to the way it was when Adam was created.  

I believe that’s why the return of the Lord is sometimes called the renewal (regeneration, restoration, restitution)) of all things, as in Matt. 19:28 and Acts 3:21.

1) Incomplete Bride< So the Bride must all Go to Heaven: therefore all Christians go in the Rapture (FALSE)

2)UnBelief in Rapture< you don’t need to believe in Rapture: therefore you don’t need to get ready or be prepared (FALSE)

3)UnBelief in Hell is the same as Unbelief in Rapture< therefore we make salvation from Trib like Salvation from Hell (FALSE)

WATCH and BE READY.

In one: You Trust what the “person says”    In the other: You Trust what Jesus Said

Q. Will Christians who do not believe in the pre-Tribulation Rapture be left behind when it takes place?

A. No, they will not, because our participation in an event is not predicated on our belief in that event happening, but on the truth of the Gospel. Some Christians do not believe in a Millennial Kingdom, but that will not prevent Jesus Christ from reigning on the Earth for 1,000 years at that time, nor will it exclude them from being there. Some unsaved people do not believe inHell, but that will not keep them from going there if they continue to reject salvation through Christ.

Since the Rapture is designed to take the Bride (Church) home to the Father’s House for her marriage to the Lamb (Christ), the entire Church will go up in the Rapture. Otherwise, the Bride would be incomplete.

LastCall: God doesn't owe us anything -Mike MacIntosh

And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.
Mark 11:25-26

We all have a built-in sense of justice.  When we see commercials of starving children, we feel bad because we know they don't deserve to go hungry.  When we see criminals convicted and imprisoned, we feel good because we know a criminal deserves to be punished.  We desire fairness, because without fairness, chaos reigns.  Thank goodness God is a fair God, a "God of justice" (Isaiah 30:18).  Thank goodness the devil is doomed to failure because God is "a just judge" (Psalm 7:11) who "sends forth justice to victory" (Matthew 12:20).  But where do we fit into this picture?  Who are we, but sinners?  Why would God not destroy us, too, since He "is angry with the wicked everyday" (Psalm 7:11)?  Thank goodness God is a God of forgiveness.

You see, if we deserve anything, it's death.  God doesn't owe us anything.  Romans 3:23 says, "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."  We are utterly and completely at God's mercy... but thankfully, "mercy triumphs over judgment" (James 2:13).  For some reason, God forgives all those who seek His mercy -- and that reason is love.  He loves you so much that He was willing to be killed in your place, that justice might be served, and that you might be forgiven.  God is a God of justice because He is perfect, but He is a God of forgiveness because He is love (1 John 4:8).

Consider this: "If God so loved us, we also ought to love one another" (1 John 4:11).  In fact, "if someone says, 'I love God,' and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?  (1 John 4:20).

No doubt, forgiveness is not easy.  It requires sacrificing your own sense of justice.  It demands showing mercy to someone who you don't believe deserves it.  But Jesus showed you mercy when you didn't deserve it, and it cost Him His life.  It surely wasn't easy, it wasn't without pain, and no one even forced Him to do it -- but He did it because He loves you more than you can understand.  After all, no one could ever sin against you as much as you have sinned against God -- and still, He forgave you.  How, then, can you say you love God if you don't forgive those who sin against you?

Don't be fooled. If there's someone today whom you have not forgiven, your relationship with that person is not all that suffers -- your relationship with God suffers, too.  This is between more than just you and the person you have not forgiven -- this is between you and God.  James 2:13 says, "Judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy."  Our entire hope rests in the mercy of God, and if we forfeit His mercy because we are unwilling to show mercy ourselves, we spit in the face of Jesus.  We make His sacrifice of no consequence to us, and we render His love powerless in our lives.

Today, make things right.  Forgive and ask forgiveness.  Maybe it's picking up the phone and calling a family member.  Maybe it's driving 200 miles to sit down with someone.  Don't worry about how they might react, or if they will reject you.  Jesus knew that many would reject His forgiveness, yet He still sacrificed His life.  He knew it would be painful, but He did it anyway.  Today, show the mercy that God showed you, and unleash the power of His love in your life.
