STEP BACK, STEP DOWN, STEP AWAY
Sometimes the hardest lesson to learn is to let go.
Raising Children will teach you this.
Being a Pastor will train you to do this
(though admittedly some never learn)
Discipling or Teaching
will teach you this also
The principle is simple:
YOU DECREASE; HE INCREASE
That starts with Jesus but doesn't end there
Though hard to do in the West
Christianity is NOT ABOUT self-promotion
DEMOTE YOURSELF
God will promote you.
If you get out of the way
someone else can learn the way
SOMETIMES PERSONALITIES ARE THE PROBLEM
Let Jesus Guide You
There is a time to lead.........
BUT THERE IS ALSO A TIME TO BE LED
and there ought to be a time you let others lead you.
