In our American Culture, it is easy to be led by the visible means rather than focus on the Unseen Things of God’s Kingdom. To watch and react to television news, to be a part of an Olympic cheer team, to blog, jog, tweet, buzz and act like the World will never end…,
It will.
You are part of divine comedy in one respect. Satan has the World on course for being completely distracted from the precious promise Jesus gave to a select few He said would experience it. Jesus said to very very few, to watch and be ready.
Many take that as a general theme for a “someday” accounting of the life we have lived, but we need not worry about it now. We have time to Go to Church, Get a Job, Save an Election, Raise a Family, Get Boyfriend, Be an athlete.
Armageddon is Calling.
Those are the very things that if you let them, will prevent you from leaving this world behind for a greater reality that you have ever known. To see Jesus in Heaven, but also to miss the Tribulation here on Earth. If you are wise, you know enough to know that there is a “taking away” of some people.
Some call that the church, it is not. It is a bride going to a wedding and you are invited to attend, but not only do you need to be ready. You need to be watching. You need to prepare to meet Jesus.
Jesus NEVER said ALL Christians will be raptured. He never said it and He meant it. He gave very very precise warnings about not being “busy in the world” or entangled. He said Be ready to Go, not having to stay. He wants you to be lik an Abraham passing thru and waiting to hear God speak. And not a Solomon building a Temple “for God.”
Are you Leaving this Behind?
That is a big question because you can pretend two in the field, two in bed, and two walking means both go when Jesus Said, One would be taken, the other left.
You can pretend the Marriage with Ten Virgins in attendance isn’t about Rapture and make some headway convincing yourself it is not about “only wise virgin” looking and prepared to meet the Bridegroom. You can tell yourself in letters to seven churchs’ when Only One Church, out of Seven is promised to be spared, and only some in that church.
You can even deny Jesus Said “To Pray To Be counted worthy to be spared all these things about to happen”.
YES YOU CAN
From the Prophetic Perspective, false teaching isn’t about all wrong or all right, It’s about those “truths” someone told you that you did not ask God about and so when they are proven wrong:
